Turbulence Training Review
Overview
Turbulence Training for Six Pack Abs is a workout program that will help you get rid of belly fat, get a flat stomach and get a six pack all from your home. This program does not involve any crunches, sit-ups or cardio; instead it focuses body weight abdominal exercises and interval training to get you the body that you want. At the same time you burn body fat and lose calories.
Who's behind the Product?

With a degree in physiology and sixteen years of hands on training Craig has been able to put together a unique program that will help you get fit. He is a published author and continues to contribute to various health and fitness magazines.

Why I Like It
With this program you don't have to worry about the inconvenience of having to sign up with a costly health club or having to deal with privacy and the smell of others. You can do everything from your own home with this program and it does not take much time. All you will approximately need is forty five minutes three days a week and you will see results in just twelve weeks. It does not promise you results over night instead it is a real program that will get you a better midsection.
Why I Don't Like It
Although you are able to do everything from the privacy of your own home there is some investment involved. The program works on weight training so you will have to make some purchases. Dumbells, an exercise bench and an exercise ball are needed. If you are in the advanced level then you may need a pull up bar as well.
Conclusion
I would most definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants to seriously get abs. The investment that you will make on the program and the equipment is small compared to having to regularly go to a gym or having to try out so many other programs. It is well worth your money and has results to show as well.
